Shipping & Delivery

  • We understand you're eager to receive your items. We aim to dispatch most orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak times, this duration may extend to 3 to 5 working days due to an increased volume of orders.

  • Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email will include all the details you need to track your order.

  • Our shipping times vary depending on the destination. Most Australian orders will be delivered within 2-10 business days, while international orders can take between 1-4 weeks for most countries. 

  • Please see our shipping page for further details.

  • For orders shipped outside of Australia, the destination country may apply duty fees and import taxes. These charges are determined by the local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. The fees depend on the import regulations of the destination country. 

  • For further details, please reach out to your local customs office. While most of our orders are not subject to import taxes, we want to inform you that such charges may apply.

Returns and Refunds

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you with a refund, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Returns Policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that this does not apply to sale items or items purchased with gift cards. We do not offer refunds on shipping fees and you are responsible for the cost of getting the goods back to us. 

  • Please note that we do not offer exchanges except for damaged or faulty items.

While we will do our best to accommodate all cancellation requests, please be aware that due to our processing times, this might not always be achievable before the order is dispatched. If you need to cancel, the best course of action is to contact us via email with your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps and see what can be done.

  • If you need to modify the delivery or billing address post-order, please reach out ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate, but it will depend on whether your order has already been processed. 

  • To enquire about changing your address, drop us an email. Our team will provide you with the necessary steps and assistance.

  • In the rare event that you receive an order from us with missing or incomplete items, you can send us an email detailing what items were missing or incomplete in your order, including your order number for faster processing. 

  • Upon receipt of your email, our customer service team will verify the details of your claim and arrange for the missing or incomplete items to be sent out to you without delay.

We're sorry for any mix-up with your order. Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, human error can occur as each order is handpicked. If you've received an item in the wrong size or style, don't worry, we're on it. Just shoot us an email with your order number and a brief description of the incorrect item you've received. We'll expedite the process to get the correct item to you. 

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please email us. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Unfortunately things can occasionally get lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged once they leave our care, however, we will do everything we can to assist you with any lost items. 

  • Please lodge a claim with the carrier first before reaching out to us. If your tracking link says that the item has been delivered, please check first with your local post office.



We are not responsible for damaged packages once they leave our warehouse. Minor postal damage such as seam splits, corner dings, cracks and creases and slight warps that do not affect the use of the merchandise cannot be returned.

  • When you place an order on Merch Jungle that includes a pre-order item, we aim to make things convenient and cost-effective for you. To avoid charging you twice for shipping, we send your complete order in one go.

  • Your entire order will be dispatched as soon as the pre-order item becomes available. You can keep an eye on the release status of any pre-order item by checking here.

  • However, if you prefer to receive the available items sooner, we're more than happy to accommodate. Just drop us an email, and we'll arrange for the in-stock items to be sent out to you separately. You will, however, be charged for shipping fees twice if you choose this option.

To keep your merch haul looking as awesome as the day you got it, follow these simple care instructions:

  • Wash Gently: Machine or hand wash your t-shirt in cold water. Always opt for a gentle cycle to preserve the print and fabric quality

  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Skip the bleach and strong detergents. These can fade the print and weaken the fabric.

  • Turn Inside Out: Before washing and drying, turn your t-shirt inside out. This helps protect the print from abrasion.

  • Dry with Care: Air dry your t-shirt, ideally flat or on a hanger. If you must use a dryer, choose a low heat setting. High heat can cause shrinkage and damage the print.

  • Iron with Caution: If ironing is necessary, do not iron directly over the print. Use a low heat setting and iron the t-shirt inside out or place a cloth over the print.

  • Store Properly: Keep your t-shirt in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

  • Several products on our website are created using a print-on-demand approach. This means as soon as you place an order, your selected design is printed onto the item. However, because each item is printed after you order it, dispatch times might be a bit longer. 

  • Remember, each print-on-demand item is uniquely tailored, so we're unable to accept returns if you change your mind.

The restocking of items often depends on our collaboration with the artists. We maintain a close relationship with them regarding their merchandise, and while we can propose restocking certain items, the final decision rests with the artists themselves.

Our tie-dye collection is a bit special – each piece is hand-dyed, making them uniquely individual. Due to the nature of hand-dyeing, it's normal for each item to have slight variations, which is part of the charm! This uniqueness ensures that your garment is one-of-a-kind.This means we can't always guarantee that the final product will exactly match the mockup images online. However, we do our utmost to ensure our images are as representative as possible of the final product, so you know what to expect. Remember, it's these subtle differences that make your tie-dye item uniquely yours.

Additionally, for those who prefer digital wallet or alternative payment solutions, we offer the flexibility to check out via ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay (Gpay), and AfterPay. In collaboration with Eden Project, these trees will be planted in Madagascar to encourage coral reef restoration, support the local system and do our part to address CO2 emissions.
